DIY IN PUBLISHING
An author who is very new to being a writer, who is filled with excitement, anticipation and anxiety to be a self-published author, should be and must be very proud to get to that milestone in their writing journey. But then, it began to dawn on you that, you really don’t know anything much about getting published.
Some of us are very technologically savvy, whilst others find it hard to navigate around the computer to get anything creative done.
You must pay to create your book cover.
You must pay someone to format the book-cover for you to fit into their specification.
You must pay to have the ISBN, (which is the International Standard Book Number) to put on the back of your book cover. For audio and e-books some will give you a free ISBN but not all.
